The Olympic Solidarity plan for 2021-2024 was presented by Olympic Solidarity Commission Chair, Dr Robin Mitchell, for the approval of the IOC Executive Board on 11 November 2020. The Olympic Solidarity Commission worked on the 2021-2024 plan with a clear objective in mind and in alignment with the IOC global strategy, which is that funding and programmes are addressed, as a
priority, to Olympic Solidarity’s direct beneficiaries: the athletes and the NOCs.
