Press Release : NOC CHAD (cost) lays foundation for headquarters building

As part of the ANOCA NOCs headquarters construction project, a ceremony to lay the foundation for the construction of the COST headquarters took place on 16 December 2023 in the 6^th district of the Chadian capital, Ndjamena.

Present at the ceremony were COST President, Idriss DOKONY ADIKER, ANOCA President, the Honourable Mustapha BERRAF, and Treasurer General Eng. Habu GUMEL.
