2023 African Beach Games – Chefs de mission set for a smooth organisation!

TUNIS, 28 APRIL 2023: Chefs de Mission of African NOCs that will participate in the 2nd African Beach Games met in Hammamet, Tunisia, in a major hotel of the city. It was a preparatory meeting ahead of the African Beach Games to be hosted by Tunisia from 23 to 30 June 2023 at the Yasmine Hammamet resort.


The meeting of Chefs de Mission of African NOCs was attended by ANOCA President, the Honourable Mustapha Berraf, the 1st Vice President of ANOCA Joao Da Costa Allegre AFONSO, the ANOCA Treasurer General, Engr. Habu Ahmed Gumel, the President of NOC Cape Verde and IOC member, Filomena
Fortes, the Chairlady of the Coordination Committee of the African Beach Games and ANOCA Vice President Fardouza Mousa EGUEH , the ANOCA Zone 1 President and Secretary General of NOC Libya, Khaled EZANKOUILI, the Chairperson of the ANOCA Athletes’ Scholarship Commission and Secretary
General of NOC Senegal, Omar Seydina. Also present were Presidents and representatives of African Confederations and National Federations, and the Organizing Committee of the African Beach Games Hammamet 2023. There was also the notable and remarkable presence of the Tunisian Minister of
Youth and Sports, Kamal Deguiche, and the Governor of Nabeul (host region of the competition), Mrs Sabah Malek.
