At the invitation of ANOCA President, Mr Moustapha Berraf, the Sports Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Professor Ashraf Sobhy, and his counterpart of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mr François-Claude KABULO MWANA KABULO, met to discuss ways to  strengthen the close ties existing between their two countries in the area of sports, in keeping with the Olympic spirit as advocated by ANOCA.
